Genesis is all about receiving the premium's and not paying the bills

Unbelievable, i went for procedures and was admitted to hospital in August. Today is the 11th of October and i still recieve e mails that Genesis have not paid. Even though we phoned ahead and made arrangements to get permission and codes. My cardiologist office informed us that they do not work wit Genesis anymore and that we have to up front and claim back. This is shocking, now i understand why some medical facilities don't work with Genesis medical because the do not pay and we stay liable for the bills. We pay genesis just to pay our own medical bills as well. I cant believe that this is the second time that i fall for the same problems with Genesis. I used them previous as well. It is a shame and this will be the cause that people will root for the governments national health plan, because you pay every month a huge amount of money for medical aid just for the medical aid not to pay your bills

Your feedback is noted.  It is a pity, however, that you have not contacted us regarding the alleged “non-payment” of your recent hospital admission.  If you had done this, you would have known that your claims have been processed in line with your benefits for our payment run at the end of October.  

We would like to encourage you to take a close look at your month-end statement once you receive it.  Should you have any questions then, please do give us a call or email us.  We will gladly assist you. 

We also note that you have reverted to the HelloPeter platform about 18 times in the last two years or so and posted reviews for various companies across 6 industries, which seems to be excessive.  It would also appear that you’ve had awful service from just about every bank or insurer or cell phone and security company that provide a service to you.
