Best medical scheme in South Africa

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Genesis Medical Scheme for their wonderful service during my recent operation. This was my third trip to the hospital as a Genesis member in recent years, and every time I am just so grateful that I took my neighbour's advice many moons ago and joined them. Even though it is a difficult time right now with COVID, their staff have gone out of their way to make sure I had all the information that I needed and that my doctor and the hospital were up to date with my admission details. Their nurses were so caring and helpful - thank you! And when I needed help with my membership card on my smartphone app, their service staff sorted me out almost immediately. THANK YOU GENESIS - YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Thank you so so much for your wonderful feedback!  We really appreciate the time that you took to write such a sterling review for us and we will make sure that we also share it with all our staff that assisted you.  
 
It always goes a long way when we receive a sincere ‘’thank you’’ from one of members or service providers.  We always strive to provide the best possible service to our members and we usually get it right.  We do sometimes drop the ball too, but even then we try and fix our mistake or oversight as soon as possible.
