Awesome service - Awesome Medical Aid

You know - we blame Medical Aid Schemes because we just don't understand what's available to us. I once had to pay upfront for my gynaecologist consultation and when I had to claim, my claim was turned down by Genesis. I did not understand why my claim was not paid and I did not even enquire with Genesis - I just decided Genesis is not a good Medical Aid (Which I was wrong - I should have checked why my claim was rejected) Through that experience, one just assusme they are bad. Well they are NOT. I have been with Geneses since 2014 and I must say, they have always been there for me and my 2 boys (Private Comprehensive). Today, I made contact to Genesis just make them aware that I am planning to visit my gyna again - I spoke to a very HELPFUL, PROFFESSIONAL lady - BIANCA who explained everything to me with a warm voice, willing to assist, nothing was too much for her and she explained everything. She even went as far as checking why my previous claim was not paid out. Genesis, you have an absolute employee in her. Bianca, thank you so much for your wonderful service, keep up the good work
