Thank you so much for taking the time to post some feedback regarding your member experience with our Pearl on this platform.
People are always so quick to complain on social media and to threaten and shout and insult - especially in our industry where one’s medical aid is often regarded as the enemy, or the "****** who don’t want to pay". Our staff do take some verbal “abuse” from time to time; so when one of our long-standing members actually takes the time to post some positive feedback and to even go further and acknowledge our staff by name, it goes a long way. Really it does!
