The Genesis Hydrovac Extreme is *******

My big clean green machine was broken by someone and there was no way of repairing. So I bought the genesis extreme hydrovac. Thinking it’s the same quality as the big clean green machine. Oh My Gosh what a load of *******. I had so much trouble with the head it was more in than by my home. Water spraying out everywhere. So the lady at the verimark in sunward park Boksburg gave me a new head but only gave me 6 month warranty. I was not happy but anyhow I now sit with another head that is not spraying water but cannot pump water at all. I have used this function 3 times in a hear and a half and now when I put the pump button on it’s just on does nothing. This machine is *******. Does not work like the big clean green machine it’s *******. I miss my old machine. Had it for over 15 years and oh my word what value for money that was. But this expensive piece of B S is *******. People don’t buy it save urself the money and frustration you better off renting the cleaning machines from other stores when u need to clean it’s cheaper. This machine does not even spray proper amounts of water like the big clean green machine. One must clean a carpet with this *******. Might as well use a spray bottle. It’s the same thing. What a disappointment this machine is. I bought an expensive vacuum cleaner. Thats all.
