Roof repaired

I had construction company that was reccommended to me to by my Insurance Broker to repair my profusely leaking roof. They arrived inspected and then totally removed my entire braai room roof and installed a complete new roof, however after all that i still had numerous leaks and after several attempt to repair they actually told my broker that they could not find where the fault were although they could see where it was leaking in, ????? My broker sent an inspector and discovered that they had installed my roof totally incorrectly and therefore my insurance company refused to pay for the repairs as they said it was Latent Defect ( poor workmanship etc). I contacted Genesis Contruction and Emilio came to evaluate my situation. He was absolutely phenomenal and evaluated the situation and pointed out all the faults and said what had been done previously was a complete mess. Emilio brought his team and they totally removed my roof and basically started from scratch.again. I can now only Highly recommend Emilio and his team from Genises Construction who are very professional, honest and at no time was there anything that was too much trouble.for them to do, they worked each day until rhey had completed exactly what they said was going to be done Emilio deserves to be recignised for his outstanding Professionalism, his Amazing Knowledge and fir his total Honesty and with an Enormous amount of Empathy. . I can therefore only Highly recommend Emilio and his team and welcome anyone to contact me. We recently in the Westwrn Caoe have had some torrential rain with not a single leak.
