Refund time wasters

After paying my deposit in December to have my child at their facility- I landed up having an emergancy c section.

I have since had to beg & plead for this deposit to be refunded with absolutely no one returning calls or emails! when you call, you cant even get through to anyone to query anything.

Do you have to become a ***** to get answers & a refund that is yours??
