Refund not done over two weeks since a claime was app****.

<p>I need my refund urgently.</p> <p>I booked at the Clinic for delivery of the baby. Due to complications with the pregnancy my girlfriend (Lesego Makoya) could not come to clinic for delivery. We had to go to Johannesburg hospital thats where the baby was delivered.</p> <p>Genesis Clinic was paid R15000.00 on the 21/02/2017 from my account Lentheng P Tshaka. One the 6th of March 2017 I went to Genesis Clinic to ask for a refund with supporting documents. I was told to call Natalie on friday 10th March 2017 as she will process our claim then, when she was called she gave a weak explanation that she swapped with a lot of refunds we should on Monaday 13/03/17. She did not give an indication or exact date when we will be refunded. The whole last week from13-17 March 2017 we could not get hold of Natalie. Today is the 20/03/2017 still battling in terms of getting our refund no one seems to know whom is supposed to help at that clinic. Our patience has ran out.</p>
