REFUND!!!!!!

<p>This is seriously pathetic!!!!!!! we have been waiting for 4 months now to receive a refund from Genesis. We called and sent some emails but they keep avoiding us. According to their accountant it should have received the money by now. Still nothing!!!! the only thing she has to say is sorry i'll phone head office.</p>
