pathetic and horrible service

<p>I am a first time mum and wanted to experience giving birth at genesis. i paid the deposit on the 30 june 2016 thinking i am going to be admitted at genesis. on the 15th of july i went into labour at 1 am and was transferred to garden city. i was not admitted to genesis i did not use the facilities and i did not give birth at genesis. i have been calling a lady by the name of Natali for 2 weeks and till date i have not heard from here as i need a refund of my deposit seeing i did not use the genesis facilities. i am deeply dissapointed as the service i have been recieving is pathetic and upsetting</p>
