Incompetence

I gave birth last year October at the clinic. My insurance overpaid Genesis as they had incorrectly billed me. I requested that the refund should be paid directly to the gynaecologist as I owed him fees. Till today he is not paid. Everytime we call we get told that they are on it but never pay. When we send emails we get different excuses.
