Bad service and fleecing clients

My wife was in for delivery at the time of facility for natural birth. Then in the evening same day, they demanded an extra 30***0 cash upfront to do C-section on the grounds of slow contractions. They then referred us to another institution. We had already paid over R31000 before hand. We had to rush in the middle of the night looking for another hospital.
