Genesis Civils - Nick Howcroft

What a disaster! Originally seemed s****ed, qualified and a great company. Promoted LGS building type and all its benefits. In less than a year my bedroom wall looked like it was rusting and after numerous mails and threats, they fixed it and blamed the manufacturing company of the corner beads. Now, a year later my ceiling in my kitchen was a few inches from caving in. After numerous emails, office calls and whatsapps they came back and lifted the ceiling but never came back to paint it. I have a blotchy ceiling which needs to be skimmed and painted but again no response to my mails, calls or whatsapps. And again two of my windows are rusting... again, which they know and just don't care. Now I hear Genesis is in financial problems and rumor has it that they're opening another construction company under a different name starting with Green. Please be wary. I'm sitting with two rusting walls, blotchy ceiling and a ceiling board coming loose in my bedroom and their customer service offering is to ignore. My house isn't even two years old yet.
