Worst customer service

One of my vehicles license was about to expire, 28.02.18. I tried numerous times to renew at the post office but was told " Your one vehicle that was written off in 11.04.2018 still in company name ". After consulting with my broker numerous times, I was assured all ok I can renew, But still nothing 47 days later I found following; Insurance company; CARBON responsible for up liftment and clearing from my company name still not done very rude assistance from their offices - claims administrator who handled my case.
