Good day, about an hour of two after I made the eft, last week and Monday, the generator was picked up at your warehouse in City Deep, by the courier company. The next morning it was in the couriers warehouse in Pinetown. (I was told by Gen SA that I would get in 5 to 7 working days.) This was excellent, but the courier company tried their very best to make it at least 5 days. I phoned them at different times and spoke to Ryan, Payden, an indian gent, as well as an idian lady. No single one knew about the existance of the other. Although I had a tracking nr, they ensured me that there was no generator for me. Later the indian confirmed that it was there, but they are waiting for a tail-lift bakkie. I thought I was ****med. Thursday, late afternoon, I phoned again and I spoke to Welcome Duma. He promised me that he would deliver it personally to me, that same day. I made him aware of the time ((1630) . He ensured me that he would deliver it. By this time I was convinced that my money was gone. To my surprise, Welcome delivered the generator at 2040 that evening, after he contated me twice,during the evening, providing me feedback and giving me his location. I can rate Gen SA a 5, EPX a 1 and Welcome a 10. Thank you.
