Good Service, Wrong Product

Service was really good, but I made sure it is the correct product code. I bought a service kit for my generator. I didn't receive the correct amount of oil for the generator as well as the incorrect air filter. But furthermore I am satisfied with the service. Buying and receiving the product was very easy.
