Don't do business with Generators SA or buy a Turner Morris generator

Last month I bought a generator online from Generators SA. The second time that I started the generator it didn't want to start. after inspection, I found that one of the battery terminals as I came out of the battery was broken off. It looked as if it was corroded off. I contact GeneratorsSA per email and explained it to them. A certain Mr. Sabeehah, Sales manager, GeneratorsSA informed me that the generator was inspected, found in order, and would not have sent it if there was a fault. He referred me to Turner Morris, the manufacturer and they referred me back to Generators SA. They referred it now to the courier company. this generator is not even a month in my position. It does have a warranty and the battery is not excluded. I will advise anybody that wants to buy a Turner Morris from Generators SA to please go somewhere else. you will not receive any after-sales service, even if it brakes down and is still under warranty.
