12kva silent diesel generator
I bought a 12kva silent diesel generator last year July 2020 and it never worked since delivered and they refused to even sent a mechanic to come and look at it or even replace with a new one as promised in the warranty of the product. The matter is now with the lawyers trying to at least get my refund. My experience with this company is the worst.

12 Nov 2021, 17:16we have brought your generator in twice at our cost even though its a carry in warranty, both times it was an airlock the machine was tested multiple times, we even spent hours on the phone trying to help you and direct you, we have even offered to bring it in again on our cost yet to no avail, we are trying our best to help you, however you do not allow us to help.
