Terrible communication & poor service delivery

Booked a 40kVa generator for an event - delivery was requested for 12h00 & arrived only at 16h30 with no communication - I had to call to find out what was happening. Then that unit was faulty so had to call out technicians to repair who then disappeared without communicating. Eventually 6 hours later at 21h00 they arrived back on site with a working solution & still charged me a full day rate for that. Not willing to respond to my complaint nor give any refund. Very disappointing service, would not recommend.
