Generator Gent: Great Start, yet missing on Guarantee claim

I started off impressed with Generator Gent, they were quick to fix my generator and kept me informed the entire time, but when my generator went down again and I needed to use the six-month guarantee supp**** by them, they continuously ignored me and leave the messages on read only to reply with more stalling tactics, It’s been two weeks of pointless discussion with their contact line despite my calls and messages. So much for customer service and guarantees. If you need reliable follow-up, I’d look elsewhere unless you wish to book yourself a front row ticket to disappointment.
