Failure or refusal to replace faucet of turner and morris generator

Be aware dont use. They serviced turner and morris generator about month ago. The faucet they replaced leaks. Despite numerous w app's calls and threats to report them on social media, and despire promises for week after week, they failed or refuse to come to replace. In fact they are ignoring me. Be aware. They and unreliable and ***********. Be aware dont use them.
