Unbelievably Rude

<p>On the 9th May 2017 a truck belonging to Generator and Plant Hire SA drove up the street and caught a cable which was pulled down and smashed the wall and damaged the gate to the property. The next day someone from the company came and promised to repair the entire wall, remove and repair the gate in the same day. The gate was removed and returned but it did not run correctly on the rails nor lock properly leaving my family vunerable to break-ins. They worked to secure it until 9pm that evening. We were then promised it would be fixed the following Monday. Monday it wasn't repaired. On Tuesday I spoke to Simeon who told me that within the hour a technician and a gate repairer would be on scene. One hour later their technician arrived without the gate guy. He worked at the gate but again left it unrepaired and my family unsecured. This morning (17th) I called the head office and spoke to Dave Pretorius. I started by asking him how he would feel if his family's security was taken away. He asked me not to shout at him. I told him I was not and he put the phone down on me. I have a witness who says I wasn't shouting. I called back and got through to him. He told me not to shout where I again said I wasn't. He then said he's glad he's not my husband, I said I don't have one and he said he understands why... At no point did I attack him personally so don't understand his attack on me. He then said they did not have to do this, they were doing us a favour. Not sure why as it was his company vehicle that damaged the property </p>
