Refusal for Refund

My husband bought a tombstone from them and mistakenly made a duplicate payment on the 9th of March 2024. He realised later and contacted the store for a refund of the second payment that was mistakenly paid but the owner refuses to pay. Called their office, sent emails without any response it’s been two weeks each time I call they say the boss and the finance lady is not there.
