Bullying ignored and not reported

I enrolled my child there and i thought all was well. My child started hating going to school and change in behaviour. One day i visited the school and noticed that my child was being bul**** by older kids. We told the teachers, and we were told that the issue was resolved, the boys were told that what they were doing is wrong. My child is emotionally traumatized, and we decided to remove him from that unhealthy environment, yet the school still expects a term notice and fees. If a child's wellbeing is paramount, then alternative solutions can be offered that can protect my child. Neither was the bullying ever mentioned to me, so if I didn’t notice and mention to them there will be no change on how they do things and my child will continue suffering.
