shocking service !!!!

Dr Kozaczynski ( general surgeon ) based at Fourways Life Hospital, do NOT even attempt to book an appointment with this doctor, and the receptionist 'Ursula' is rude & very unhelpful, & has no clue how to talk to clients over the phone, clearly has no experience being a receptionist - we had to wait over 4 days to even get feedback from the doctor looking at some results - always the excuse you get ' the doctor is very busy ' - but let your patients wait over 4 days, unacceptable !!!!
