Worst Insurer Ever

I have had three claims in the past with GRSA (Tyres, Scratches and dents, and my clutch) which all were rejected. No valid reasons were given and no advice was given. I ended up having to pay everything in cash. My most recent one was the clutch (Pack Seal), which I have asked them to send me a formal letter stating why it cannot be covered and I am still waiting.
