Very upset client

Very upset got a motor policy with Grsa(General Risk sa) we have put in a claim to repair my Turbo on my Ford eco sport the email that the garage received from the broker goes as follow we cant help you with the claim because the garage did not sell any policies in the last 3 months .i bought my car over a year ago and i dont know why it is my problem if the garage did not sell any policies i want them to pay for the turbo and repairs on my car and then i want my money back from them that was payed to them on the day i bought my car.i need to get a new insurer...so i dont have to struggle if something must go wrong in the future i have tried everything to get them to help me but they refuse
