Unprofessional, Slow and Forget about your claim

Terrible customer service, I am not sure how they are still in business. They wasted my time for 2 weeks, only to reject my claim. I cancelled them immediately, I have no idea why a decent insurer such as KingPrice selected these amateurs for warranty cover.
