Their warranty does not cover anything and employees do not have a clue about intake manifolds

<p>I Regret taking my vehicle warranty with GRSA they really look for any reason to reject claim even if it is a dumb one like my most recent one where my intake manifold needs replacing, the agent tells me it is not covered because it forms part of the exhaust (IT IS AN INTAKE MANIFOLD NOT AN EXHAUST MANIFOLD) I have told them that numerous times .They are not there to pay claims I have had many claims rejected before (they have never approved any of my claims before). </p>
