Not upholding their contract

I have a 2 year warranty with this insurance for a mechanical and electrical failure and I recently tried to claim and they rejected it and the issue was a clutch and a clutch is mechanical in my knowledge but they declined on some it's not mechanical and they don't cover it. But this is a unfair as they not up holding their side of the contract.
