I am not sure how they are still in business.

The company gave me terrible customer service, I am not sure why KingPrice partnered with them for mechanical warranty. I cancelled them today. If you choose vehicle warranty at KingPrice they are going to outsource it to these amateurs, and I can almost guarantee that you're never going to get paid. They wasted 2 weeks of my time only to reject my claim.
