GRSA insurer

This insurance services is very poor. I took the insurance 2017 may when i bought my car and i have been paying them ever since however when i claimed for scratch and marks last year 2019 november i had to follow up with them till today nothing happen after the sent someone to work on my car and opened holes on the doors. I have recently claimed for tires they say they can pay after two days after i told them I need to drive the car since it was two tires which were damaged due to road hazard. They said i need to make other means to cover the payment and they will refund. I had to borrow money to make payment and get back my car i drove home around past 6pm i have been waiting for refund ever since and now i cant pay the people who borrowed me the money
