I would like to commend and thank the team from General Risk SA on assisting me with my vehicle warranty claim after my car suddenly broke down.

I would like to make mention of one particular lady named Charlene Preller. I have never in my life experienced such professional and compassionate service. She kept me updated on the progress of my cars repairs throughout the process, and really made me feel at ease throughout the process.

My repairing dealer shared the same sentiments and stated that they dealt with General Risk Administrators for the first time during my case and had never experienced such professional and seamless vehicle warranty. The repairing dealer; Legend Auto Worx in Durban has said they will in future recommend their customers who might be looking for vehicle warranty to go with GR SA.

This was such a refreshing experiencing and has changed the way in which I view insurance service providers. I would like to urge all motorists with vehicles that are out of motor plan to please contact Gerenal Risk Administrators SA to get a quote. This experience was worlds apart from an experience I had a few ago with another warranty provider.
