General Risk SA Failure

I submitted a claim for a gearbox that burnt out and required the drum to be replaced. The repairer states it was a burnt out gearbox and the assessor claims normal wear and tear. I now have to get an independent assessor out to redo the entire process. Why do warranties always look to try and deny claims.
