General risk Sa Bad service

I have General risk SA rim and Tyre policy , i bought the policy through the dealership i bought the car from as it was recommended. I put in a claim more than a week ago and they promise to keep me up to date etc.<br> But they don't i have to call the whole time to hear what is going on, all my paperwork was submitted on the same day as the claim was logged. <br> <br> They have been promising a payment for a week now and yet nothing gets done. <br> <br> I am so disappointed in the poor service they give and the fact that they make empty promises and do not even have the decency to inform me about the progress, as there is none to talk about.
