Frustrating and time wasting GRSA!

Day 3 without my car and I’m still waiting for my claim to be signed off! This is completely unacceptable. GRSA wastes theirs clients time! My extended warranty ends in October and I had intentions of renewing but not after this disappointing service. Seems like if your claim is not handled by Bev who is very speedy and an exceptional person, your claim will be sitting for days while you can’t get to work.
