Zero care in this "after care service" ***
My engine light switched on and on Monday the 20th November 2017 I called GM so they can assist. The towed the car to Williams Hunt The Glen at around 10:00 am. I would then have to call both GMSA and WH The Glen numerous times to find out what the issue is the vehicle and every time I get told that they haven't assessed it yet. The worst part is how they respond to you like you are an absolute inconvenience and irritation when you follow up about your vehicle. On Tuesday I called GMSA and spoke to a rude lady named Gabby to find out if they provide a courtesy car while we wait for repairs and she dismissively advised that I must wait till the assessment is done and kept on repeating that they will contact me once dealership has advised them. In the meantime I am subjected to the horror of using taxis and no knowledge of what is going on with my vehicle. This morning I spoke to Natasha (who sounded annoyed that I called) from Williams Hunt again and she couldn't even commit to the car getting assessed today. Altrecia from GM however advises that there should be concrete feedback after 48 hrs. I truly regret the day I conceived the idea of buying an Opel car. Worst customer service I have ever been subjected to.
