Worst Service and No Professionalism, I regret leaving VW!!!! (THORP PLUMSTEAD)

Worst mistake I have ever done was to leave VW for GM.

I read the reviews before hand but decided to go anyway because I drive one of their cars now!!

Their facilities are the worst, a huge gap between how they present themselves when compared to VW and that also translates to their service.

The company is occupied by tired old people who do not have any clue what a good service is or how it is supposed to be like. Percy ordered a mirror and a key for me 06-10-2017 which took me over an hour watching Percy trying to find every single key on the computer keyboard like it was something he had never seen. The attitude was so bad, I do not think the guys are even trained.

The promise was that I was going to get my mirror on 10-10-2017 with no response on the day and I didn't even bother to call because I was already gatvol.

The same guys call me weeks later and apologize that they had forgotten about it. So I decided to make a booking for 8:30 this morning, an appointment made last week. I get there at 8:30, the guy just needed to take my keys, confirm that I have dropped off the car, print out that confirmation and service my car; and call me later to come and collect.

The guy tells me I need to wait he is still busy with other clients who were there earlier than me. MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 8:30!!

Being the patient guy I am I decided to wait a bit but no one attended to me and later I asked the same guy what is going on I need to get back to work. "No you must wait Sir the other clients were here at 7:30" AGAIN MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 8:30!!

Finally decide to go to the manager who has no clue what is going on, because when I asked him why only one person was helping, his answer was there should be two but he doesn't know where the other one is.

MY MIRROR IS NOT INSTALLED AND MY KEY IS NOT PROGRAMMED THANKS TO YOUR ****, I HAVE TO MAKE A SECOND BOOKING SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THERE'S NO GUARANTEE THAT GM WILL DELIVER BASED ON THE REVIEWS HERE!!!
