Worst Compay Ever

I bought a car in 2011 from Williams Hunt Durban complete with a waranty that expires November 2016. Since last year the car has been having the same problem in variations. Since last year i have been taking the car in for a days, sometimes weeks on end. Each time i had to take it in, ive had to miss work. Many parts have been changed, but still the problems persisted. this year arounf May/June i decided to contact the call sentre as i saw that my waranty was running out, and my car was still not fixed. Instead i was expected to pay for the fuel for the engineers to contantly test drive my car. I contacted Ms Lungile Zwane at the call centre and asked if my waranty could be extended or the car be replaced and she gave me the run around of my life. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told he would contact me but he never did. When i persisted that i needed him to contact me, SUDDENLY he did not deal with clients but simple reviewed the cases and assesed them. Im stuck with a faulty car that i have no idea will be able to run past the supposed waranty. I have never come across a company that cares so little about their customers, or their product quality. I would never recomend them to anyone. To think we wanted to buy a bakkie there. Never.
