Williams Hunt - Port Elizabeth

Extremely bad service!!!! My car “service soon” light kept on comming on and turbo would underboost.. made an appointment and booked my car in. They mentioned that some nuts at exhaust was loose and problem fixed. Told them i had a big trip comming up and car must be 100%. Day after i left for my trip, again “service soon” and no turbo... Booked my car in again after i had the worst trip trying to drive car back over ****m with no power. Second time around they said there is a error code and that they need to reset with codes from head office and i should check back the next day when they have received the codes.. next day still no codes. Service lady didnt even bother to phone me to say i musnt waste a trip comming in because they haven’t received the codes yet. Its been a week later... still no codes.... and further damage to my car, no aircon, bonnet open sensor burning and irregular iddle. Phoned them today to complain and there was absolutely no one available that could assist me... every promise in the book to phone me back.

So basically sitting with a stuffed up car and still no feedback as to whats wrong with my car and when they will be able to assist me.

Sad to say but my Opel will be gone after this ordeal... hallo Toyota
