Valid and real complaints ignored for months despite continuous follow-up from client

I recently purchased a second vehicle at Reeds Tygervalley. I was very dissatisfied with the overall process and had some very valid concerns; for example I was told that the vehicle had a full service history which ended up not being true (only found out after transaction was completed); documentation was changed AFTER it has been signed (e.g. what was agreed to be done about some nicks and dents on the vehicle) which left me without a foot to stand on when some of the agreements was not met by Reeds; some included promises was not delivered on (e.g. the vehicle had car seat covers that I was told I can keep, it somehow just dissapeard). (Many other issues not mentioned here) I set a meeting with the Second hand sales manager, Craig Sevenich, to discuss my grievences and was treated in an appalling manner. None of my complaints was adressed and I was basically told that as a female I am just having an emotional response and that now that I have gotton it off my chest I should be fine. Because my initial complaints was not adressed and I now had an additional grievance I lodged an official complaint with General Manager. After they finally managed to get hold of me telephonically after about two weeks and had a discussion with me (where they agreed and confirmed that service have been unacceptable and they will get back to me with feedback and a proposed way forward) I have not heard a single word back. I have sent at least 3 additional emails to Zunaid Jacobs in an attempt to follow up but these emails have been completely ignored. More than a month after my initial complaint to General Motors (not the initial complaint at Reeds - the escalated complaint) I have not recieved any kind of feedback, apology, or remedy to the situation.

I will never ever purhase a vehicle at Reeds again - they follow ********* practices (in direct contrast with their stated company values) - and will never again deal with General Motors as they have absolutely no regard for their clients and show now attempt or eagerness to adress grievences in any way.
