Unprofessional!

<p>Hello Peter.</p> <p>I took my car in for service and the receptionist(Taz Naidoo) told me they would be done with my car in exactly two weeks. </p> <p>After two weeks I called in on the day I was told it would be done and she told me, they were waiting for a part to be delivered. She failed to contact me to let me know about this. </p> <p>I was then told my car would be ready in the next 7 days. </p> <p>After 7 days I called in, which is today (11/10/2017) and she told me the person responsible for my car's repairs went on leave and he only came back yesterday. </p> <p>Again she failed to contact me and let me know.</p> <p>She even asked for some documents from me today, documents she knew would be needed from day one but again she's only asking for them now. </p> <p>It's been three weeks and now it's going to be a month, whereas I was told it would only take two weeks.</p> <p>Each week she doesn't notify me of any changes and she doesn't care of how this inconveniences me. </p> <p>This is very unprofessional and I will never take my car in for service at that branch again. </p>
