Unclear warrenty

Since purchasing the vehicle 3 years ago, there has been rain coming into the cabin. It has been in for repairs on the warranty many times and although the amount of water that is coming in has been reduced, there is still a leak.<br> <br> The very disturbing issue is that GMSA is using a local panel beater to fix the leaks(I have proof, and it continues to be sent there). I have asked that they take it to the factory because the panel beater does not have the resources to find the fault apart from hose pipe or waiting for the rain. I don't want to send it back because it comes back with scratches and dents.<br> <br> One would expect a more professional experience from a company like GMSA, but it is not so. I have struggled with GMSA and their warranty for 3 years. <br> <br> So in my opinion, please be wary of the GMSA warranty, as your vehicle might be sent to some local service provider who doesn't have the proper resources to properly fix the problem. Apart from the leak, my rear window still rattles (also sent to the same panel beater), my left wiper is noisy (apparently this is normal).<br> <br> All in all a very unpleasant, unprofessional experience from GMSA, over 3 years, with the same faults.
