Tyre on Car not available in Southa frica

I purchased an Opel Corsa 1.4t sport at the end of January 2016. To my surprise there was no spare tyre in the vehicle, but I was told that there is a repair kit, and even without a spare tyre, I should be fine should anything happen. After driving the car for about 6 weeks, I happened to get a puncture, which rendered my tyre irreparable and this is where the problem started. <br> I was informed that the tyre continental ContiEcoContact 5 215/45 R 17 V, is not in stock anywhere in South Africa, and they could not get it.I then phoned Opel, who responded to me in 24 hours and their solution was absolute *******. Opel phoned me to tell me that they have found me a tyre, however they had to get it from Durban, so the price was R2800 (which is a *******)I went to the tyre dealer, only to find that the tyre was not the same tyre, it was a Continental Sport contact 5. I phoned Opel to complai, 2 weeks had gone by now and still no tyre, and in addition they had now wasted my time, and petrol. Opel phoned me the following week and the manager I spoke to Themba, informed me that the tyre was the same, and that they could not provide me with any other solution. The help I received is disgusting
