Torn clutch in 5 months

I bought a car last year end of Oct2015 at GM Germiston, then on the 8th april 2016 it went for a service at the same dealership, when the car got home with my husband, he gave me service report which state that the clutch is slipping, I ignored that I thought that they managed to fix it without telling me, my question is, aren't they supposed to tell you when they see something wrong in your car just to notify you so that you can be aware of that. On the 18th of April which is yesterday morning my car couldn't move at all, so AA towed it to the GM Germiston dealership, they managed to strip the car without even giving me a courtesy car and then today they told me that warranty won't be able to fix it due to my driving style of which that is impossible I am an old driver and I have traded in my old car to them which was 8 years old and I have never experience any clutch problems. This is my 3rdcar at OPEL/GM, why now all of a sudden I had a bad driving when I am driving this one. A 5 months car having a clutch problem, which means there was a factory fault somewhere. I will never ever buy a car from them again. I regret that, I feel that everyone must know this bad service.
