terrible service

Had my car at GM phalaborwa with a problem of the tyres. The tyres is running off and my car does not have 60 000 km on and changed tyres more than once. Took my car for new tyres and wheelalingment and they said there is a problem and they revered me back to GM. GM revered me to a panelbeater who needed to see if my car was in a accident and report came back saying no the car was not in a accident. With my report of that and the wheelalingment report GM doesn't want to help or assist me in anyway. GM wants old wheelalingment reports. Reports no one keeps. GM has all the reports they need to show the car I'm driving wasn't in a accident and the fault was on the car when I bought the car. But still GM doesn't help me in getting a solution for this problem or giving me a car to drive with because it is dangerous to drive my car like it is now. I'm a lady and needs a car.
