Terrible quality /after sales rip-off?

<p>I replaced my alternator last year, the original one lasted 15 years before bearings started to wear.</p> <p>The new alternator lasted 14 months - just two months out of warranty the new alternator died.</p> <p>I tried for a goodwill re-fund from GM and they pushed me from pillar to post for two weeks before they declined to replace the part.</p> <p> </p>
