I am not happy with service received from your customer care (0800-422-777).

My partner called this number on Monday because he was stuck on the N1 from Pta approaching the Old Jhb offramp.

He was told that you will check if there is any car nearby to deliver petrol.

Needless to say that no one came and no attempt was made to even make contact with him.

I am out of words in shock.

Guys, if you are not going to deliver on a promise that you have made, then do not make promises at all.

Just to add salt on the wound, I got a runaround when my car was taken for service, apparently eqstra didn’t load a service plan…..

First impressions last, relationsips are distroyed by such small things.

You might just be loosing a relationship that was going to last a lifetime.
