Small town Monopoly

I dropped my car off at the GM Bronkhorstpruit dealership on Monday 6 June 2016 for a scheduled inspection on the 7th June 2016. I was advised that I would be contacted with an update of the diagnosis. My update call was at 4pm, at the time I was of the impression my car was ready for collection due to not having received a call througout the day but that was not the case. On the 8th June morning I made contant with Johan (Worksop Manger) who told me that my car would not be ready on the day, but to expect it back on 9 June as they had to take it to Pretoria because they were unable to do the work. In the afternoon expecting to collect my car, I was again told that it was not ready, and to come back today (10 June 2016). Today I'm being advised that there is now a part missing and I can collect the car, however I will need to return it to install the missing part. I have been most inconvenienced by a team that lacks customer care, empathy to my situation of not having my car when I most need it for my commute to work, I make endless arrangements for a ift with colleagues. Worst case the Dealer principal Stanley Anderson offers no solution nor a guarantee on when the repair will be complete even if I were to leave the car with them for another 2 days. I have been very patient throughout the back and forth of date changes, but I am not being rewarded with a solution for the inconvenience I continue to be put through.
