shocking service

i bought an opel zafira end of april second hand. three days later took it to my gm in germiston for a full diagnostics as i am a woman who drives alone with kids. only to be told that the water cooling system had to be replace as well as right bearing and sensor. i gave them the go ahead. it was done. then a week later it went back for a major service and was there for almost 3 weeks never mind that i was told courtesy cars are for clients with warranties. then last week had my car there twice and they tell me its the immobiliser and they can only get it from the nelspruit branch and it will take a week, still no courtesy car never mind i spent almost R20000.00 . but if its not the immobiliser then there is a 21 day back order . so i burst into tears. so they told me to go to germiston locksmith which i did .R1700 later back to opel and they fit the immobiliser and keys working. monday the car starts cutting out again call opel and the mechanic says that it is a temp measure for the new chips in the keys and so last night i look in the book and the warning light that keeps going on has something to do with the fuel line. now i want to know how was theses faults never picked up at the service seeeing as after the service the light was still on. i have never recieved such bad service anywhere and the lady that books the cars in Selena has an attitude problem. how does a car get towed to opel twice in one week and still the problem persists and then yesterday they tell us they cklosing this week and to go somewhere else.
